Mark has been serving healthcare clients since 2003. His work ranges from helping his clients expand their service areas in Kentucky through the certificate of need process, to adding new services via acquisition of other providers, to advising on credentialing and privileges matters for practitioners. Mark has represented large health systems across Kentucky, healthcare companies seeking to expand into Kentucky, and medical transportation companies serving both rural and urban communities.
In addition, Mark received his Master’s in Bioethics from the University of Louisville in 2012. He is available to consult with an institution’s ethics committee on some of the toughest issues health institutions face.
